A thorough needs assessment will be taken upon initial contact. Specifically selected properties to view will be sent to the customer and the list narrowed before the customer meets with the relocation consultant personally. We understand the value of time when our customers are on their house hunting trip to Houston and make every effort to have the home finding process completed as soon as possible.
Our Realtor® Associates/Relocation Consultants can provide some of the following services as requested:

- Individual accompaniment to each property
- Assistance in all locations throughout Houston and surrounding areas from The Woodlands to Clear Lake and Baytown to Katy, Texas
- Contract negotiation through acceptance
- List from a database of over 2500 apartment communities
- Several thousand individual homes listed on the HAR Multiple Listing Service
- Assistance with utility contact information prior to move-in
The Nino customer is not charged for these services. The apartment owners/management company pays for companies such as Nino & Associates to bring qualified applicants to their community. Those fees come from their advertising budget and have no effect on rental rates quoted, therefore making this service incredibly appealing to the customer and our corporate clients.
