Gloria Nino founded the company in 1984 to specifically service the corporate employee relocation industry, rental needs of the college graduates, summer interns/co-op students and those on domestic or international assignments from Houston’s major corporations and public sector employers. The company started out as an apartment locating and residential leasing company but soon found a niche market by providing “buyer brokerage” home purchase services throughout Houston and surrounding areas.

Our focus has remained with the corporate relocation industry needs and other services such as executive property management, settling in services, area tours and home listing services that are all part of the Nino & Associates menu offered to major corporations. With 28 years of Residential Brokerage experience in corporate relocation and 60,000 customers later, we feel honored that our clients recognize our long term business outlook of partnering which has lead to industry staying power and tenure in a competitive market that few companies can match.
