Standard Housewares & Furnishings Offered

Nino offers a standard package of housewares that is included in the fully furnished corporate apartment. Tailored packages of furniture and housewares can be  accommodated upon request and range from the summer intern package to our Four Seasons Luxury Condominiums offered above the Four Seasons Hotel in Houston, Texas. Nino has a large inventory of housewares which can also be ordered as individual packages or in bulk requests for projects or emergency situations.

Field Services Staff

NCL is one of the few regional corporate housing companies that employs their own housekeeping staff in addition to owning all the housewares giving the guest and client company the comfort of not having a variety of sub contracted services entering the apartment. Quality control issues are minimized as a result. Our highly trained Field Service Staff (housekeeping, houseware installation, laundry) all provide the formula for providing services right the first time. Housekeeping Services can be provided weekly, bi-weekly and even daily as needed.

NCL also operates a commercial laundry facility in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio providing our guests the comfort of knowing that their laundry is being professionally cleaned and sanitized at appropriate water temperatures. The corporate housing industry does not require licensure, is not regulated nor overseen by any governing body and as such there are differentiating factors between corporate housing companies often taken for granted by the unsuspecting client or guest.

Billing

NCL allows for guests or clients a variety of payment options including utilization of all major credit cards, corporate purchasing cards, direct bill, ACH, wire transfer, cashiers check or money order. NCL is set up for billing through Ariba and American Express Corporate systems. NCL does not take cash as a source of payment.
